OUR STORY

Hikari was founded after a trip to Uji ‘the ancient tea heartland south of Kyoto’, where we discovered the true taste of ceremonial matcha for the first time.

We work directly with small, certified organic farms. Every batch is stone-ground at low temperature to preserve flavour and nutrients.

The result is a matcha of exceptional fineness, never bitter, always alive.
